Travelling to Iceland

Photography services can be a booming business if you love travelling. Iceland Holidays will ensure you have a trip of a lifetime!

The purpose of this article is to introduce the past and present worlds of photography. You will also find some important tips to help you take better photos along the way.

Colour photography started to become popular and accessible with the release of Eastman Kodak’s “Kodachrome” film in the 1930s. Before that, almost all photos were monochromatic – although a handful of photographers, toeing the line between chemists and alchemists, had been using specialized techniques to capture colour images for decades before

1.Know Your Camera

You need to know how changing your aperture changes the look of your photo.

You need to understand how to set your shutter speed to get the results you want.

You need to be able to make decisions with your ISO that fit your situation.

2. Understand Exposure

Once you have a solid grasp on aperture, shutter speed and ISO, and how they affect the look of your photos, you need to put them all together and learn how they balance to create a good exposure.

3. Master Light

We photographers are the glad and willing slaves to light. Without it we can’t do our work. And it can be a fickle master (especially if you use natural light).

4. Explore Depth of Field

Depth of field is one of those things that seems simple at the outset, and gets progressively more complex the more you learn. But learning about it, even at the basic level, will make a huge transformation in your work.

Now, we are talking about Iceland holidays

ABOUT ICELAND

Icecaps and glaciers, spouting geysers and steaming solfataras, volcanoes, raging rivers and magnificent waterfalls, a bevy of birds, cavorting whales offshore and much more are on your Iceland itinerary. Among lively Reykjavik's multitude of attractions are Hallgrimur's Church, geothermal baths and sizzling- hot nightlife. The Icelandic capital is the starting point for the Golden Circle Route driving tour through the southwest. The mineral-rich Blue Lagoon is a 40-minute drive from the city.

ABOUT REYKJAVIK

Iceland’s biggest city, Reykjavik bears the distinction of being the world’s northernmost capital, and for virtually every Icelandic visitor it serves as a gateway, just to the city itself or to the rugged adventure options beyond. Founded in the country’s southwest at the end of the 18th century, Reykjavik has been Iceland’s cultural hub ever since. These days, that culture includes a hip and internationally recognised music and arts scene, not to mention a notoriously wild nightlife.
